it seems like we had a busy weekend, but now that i'm trying to write what we did, i can't think of much besides the zoo! nathaneil had friday off, but it was too cold to go out and do anything. on saturday we went to the zoo with his mom and annalen. that was pretty fun, except that laynie was tired and hungry, so obviously grouchy! we did get one picture of her at the zoo, but you can't really tell she's at the zoo! and it was her first time going too... i can't believe i didn't take a good 'zoo' picture, but oh well. after the zoo, we went to his mom's apartment and had dinner and dessert. we stayed quite awhile just to visit. well after that, we had about a 30 min drive home, and boy was it fun trying to keep laynie awake! it was almost 10, but i knew if she fell asleep on the way, she would just wake up when we got her out of her car seat (then we would have been up even later!). well we needed to go to smith's and wal-mart, because we were out of milk and smith's had chicken on sale. and we needed to go to wally world so that nathaneil could get some drill bits and finish putting the gate up. well we didn't end up getting home until like 11:15 or somewhere around there. so needless to say laynie was way tired and just wanted to go to bed! well on sunday, we got up and got ready for church, and actually made it there EARLY! not just on time, but early! i know, crazy huh?! it was nice to sit in the comfortable benches. oh and laynie decided that she would sing the songs with us, so that entertained a few people! she was so cute, just a little loud. anyway, after church we just hung out... did some video conferencing and then than played online with my bro's. so i think that's about it! enjoy the huge amount of pictures below!! ;)
this is pretty much all we did on friday... went for a walk! laynie really enjoyed it, even tho it was cold out. i had her in the baby bjorn thing, and she was kicking and waving her arms like crazy!! she loved it. i did have a blanket wrapped around her so she wouldn't get too cold!
