ok... so i know i'm way past due, but here goes. unfortunately my mom and bros left on wednesday. i wish they didn't have to go, because it was really nice having them here, especially when i got sick (more about that later). anyway... we'll go way back and kinda start at the beginning. we had a little housewarming party/get-together, and of course my mom went crazy on the food! we knew there would be a lot of people there, but she still made way too much. but it was a ton of fun. we had than's mom and dad there, and his sister AnnaLen, his brother Kent, and of course their families. so that right there was 14 people already. then we had my grandparents and aunt cathy there, and my "brother" riley (unfortunately his wife couldn't make it). so that's another 4 people, plus my mom and bros, and us of course. so needless to say we had a very very full house!
well after the party, nick and brian went back down to provo with riley, but were going to be staying with my grandparents. so then saturday it was kinda boring around here. i got sick the day before with a really bad sore throat, and then saturday i was really nauseous. luckily i was feeling a little bit better on sunday. Happy Easter.. late! well we went to church, then came home and changed, and got ready to go down to provo. we had easter dinner at my grandma's and we decided to stay the night, so that they could see my mom too. monday the boys had haircuts, and then later that night, we went to kiddie kandids and had laynie and arik's pictures taken. they turned out sooooo cute! i just love them. so we got back here really late monday night, and i was in a LOT of pain. my throat was just killing me! luckily i had a dr's appt the next day. well tuesday i went to the doctor, and he didn't even have to swab my throat to see if it was strep... he could tell just by looking at it and from the symptoms. so i got an antibiotic and went home. now i am feeling MUCH better!
my mom and bros left really early yesterday. it was really sad to see them go, but we'll see them soon! ok that should be enough for now! i have a ton more pictures to post, so there will be more tomorrow!
