so on saturday morning we left for wisconsin... early. i hate getting up early, and i only got 5 hrs of sleep that night. we met grandma and cathy at the airport, and they helped a lot on the plane. laynie did so so good. didn't cry at all, but she did start to get fussy at the very end. she loved being in wisconsin to see her nana and papa, and of course her uncles, although she did miss her daddy quite a bit!
these pictures are of our first day there. arik got a new power wheels, as a reward. laynie didn't have much fun riding in it tho! she kept bumping her head. but she did enjoy the stationary mustang! and she made a little friend, whose name is kate. we were going to go swimming at the hotel where cathy was staying, but kid time was over by the time we got there. so we only stayed for awhile.
