Merry Christmas!!

sorry its a day late, but i just wanted to say Merry Christmas to everybody!! we hope everyone had a wonderful holiday, filled with lots of goodies and of course family and friends!
we've had a very crazy, but fun, holiday week. on my birthday (thurs 20th) we started out the day with presents! unfortunately i wasn't feeling very well, so i went back to bed. after i got up, we got ready and headed down to provo. while laynie stayed with aunt cathy, grandma, and brian, nathaneil and i went ice skating! it was so much fun! afterwards we went to the mall to get laynie's christmas pictures done. it was a bit of a disaster. we made an appointment for 4:30, but ended up waiting for a full hour! well by the time we got in for pix, laynie was so cranky and would NOT smile! it was so frustrating. anyway, we went back to grandma's and then we got to open presents. i of course opened my b-day presents, but we also got to open christmas ones too! laynie got way spoiled, and so did we! i'll have to post pix later tho, cuz once again, i'm not feeling the greatest. now all this reference to being sick might have you wondering, so.... yes i'm pregnant! it's not really going the greatest, which is why i haven't been posting too much lately! i'm almost 13 weeks, and am due July 4! merry christmas, right?!
so back to the story... on the 22nd we headed out to roosevelt for christmas dinner with nathaneil's family! it was tons of fun, and we once again got spoiled! we were going to head home sunday evening, my bro's b-day!, but ended up leaving christmas eve morning. well once we got home, laynie and i just chilled while nathaneil headed off to work for a few hours. now for the fun day! christmas morning was rather amusing. laynie opened a couple presents and then opened a box of big legos. well after she opened those, she wanted to play with them and she wouldn't open anymore presents! but after awhile she decided it was fun again and opened the rest. she ended up with tons! our living room is a disaster, as well as downstairs. she got a kitchen and some play food to go with it, a pooh bear train that she can ride on, dress-up stuff, a giant teddy bear from my bro's, a couple of stuffed animals, and a few other little things. i was spoiled, i got a breadmaker, a bluetooth headset for my cell phone, and a memory foam topper for our bed! so now i get to be extra comfy! after presents, we headed down to slc to visit his sister for a few minutes. after we went down to provo, to my grandma's annual christmas party. but we were running late so we didn't get to stay long. we took my bro to the airport, he was going to wisconsin! we got him there, and turns out his flight was delayed! boring! anyway, after that we just went home and hung out. laynie played with her toys, nathaneil set up her kitchen, and i just laid around again! all in all it was a very good christmas, not because of the gifts, but because we spent the day with family! again, we hope everyone had a great christmas, and that your new year will be good too!! happy holidays!
