more pictures & a little bragging!

so sorry it has taken me so long to get the rest of these pix up, but we ended up getting kinda busy! i haven't been feeling very good lately. for some reason i feel like i'm starting all over again with morning sickness, except now i'm huge to go along with it! anyway, it hasn't been fun. so i wasn't feeling up to posting on thursday, and then on friday we headed down to slc to meet nathaneil for lunch before his flight left. he went out to washington for the weekend for his old roommate andy's wedding. while he was gone, laynie and i spent the weekend down in provo so that i could have some help with laynie. it was a lot of fun, and than had fun, so all in all it was a good weekend.
now in the title it says something about bragging. well since this has become a journal i figured i would write about all the new things laynie is doing. problem is, she's doing so much new stuff, that i can't remember everything! well here goes... she has really taken off with her talking. she has soooo many new words- for awhile i was trying to write them down, but now she'll say a new word pretty much everyday! some of the words she says are: hi, hello, bye-bye, head, eye, nose, ear, mouth, hair, hand, toes, sock, shoe, shirt, coat, piggy, bear, piglet, tigger, goofy, mickey, donald, minnie, manny (from 'Handy Manny'), Lola ('Charlie & Lola'), choo choo train, baby, ball, slipper, star, chair, stairs, car, truck, plane, down, go, butterfly, kite, flag, sky, triangle, square, color, blue, pink, green, binky, cookie, ducky, doggy, peek-a-boo, uh-oh, poo poo, stuck, wet, no, yes, please, thank you, where, flower, one, two, three, four, five, book, and of course mommy and daddy. now that's quite a few words, but i don't even know if i've got them all! now from some of the words, you can tell some of her favorite things... she loves to read, play with her shape ball, color, and watch the 'disney channel'. her favorite phrases right now are: "where'd he go? DADDY!?!" and then, "there he is!" oh and whenever i get the camera out now, she says "naynie!" obviously for laynie. she loves to look at pix of herself and watch the videos of her! it is sooo adorable. she knows pretty much the whole alphabet, with the exception of 'W' maybe. oh and i was wearing than's BYU-Idaho shirt the other day, and she loves to say the letters on it. i need to get a video of her doing it, cuz it is really cute and funny! she loves playing outside, whether its just running around, or its swinging or going down the slide. ok, i think that's enough bragging for now. i'm not sure that's everything i wanted to say, but oh well. if i think of something else, i'll just have to post about it! anyway, here are the pix:

i got a little braid in her hair! it was so funny tho, after i finished, she gets this really sad look on her face and points to the braid and says "uh-oh, hair, hair!" she didn't like the braid! luckily as soon as she was away from the mirror, she forgot all about it!

k, that should definitely hold everyone over for a little while! i'll hopefully be posting again after my dr appt on thursday. we get to have an ultrasound and find out for sure when the c-section is scheduled for. i'll also post my 36 week pic! so until then... bye bye!
