pregnancy update

alright... i figured since i haven't really posted much about this pregnancy, that i would do a whole post on it. and also since i haven't posted belly pix lately, i thought it would be the perfect time for an update. well i am now 29 weeks and 1 day! yay, the end is finally in sight! i have a dr appt. in may and then the next appt (should be 2 weeks later) we will hopefully get to schedule the c-section date! when i look at how many dr appt's i have left, it seems like no time at all until the end of june, so i'm getting really excited!
well this little guy in my belly... he ain't so little! to me he feels huge already, kicking like crazy all the time, and starting to get in my ribs. he seems bigger than laynie was at this stage of pregnancy, but i don't really know for sure. every time i lay down, he thinks that's when it's time to move around, and he won't stop for a good 10-20 minutes! but we are all getting excited for him to be here, and laynie will even point to my tummy and say "baby" sometimes. we have finally figured out a name for him, but because i can't decide exactly how to spell it, you'll have to wait a little longer to find out what it is!!
this is just somethin' funny to post about... my cravings! i really don't remember having any distinct cravings with laynie, probably cuz all i remember is being sick! but with this child it's all sorts of things. the things i crave the most are... salad, cucumbers, carrots, CHOCOLATE, chocolate, cookies, and more chocolate! it feels like all i ever want is chocolate, and that is weird for me, because usually i can't eat very much!
i'm already having trouble sleeping... did i say already? what i meant was, i've BEEN having trouble sleeping for probably 2 months now! i toss and turn all night, only able to stay on one side for about an hour. but that's not the only problem. no, the other reason i can't sleep is heartburn. i live on pepcid and the chewy rolaids. i take the pepcid EVERY night before bed, and the rolaids thru out the day. yes, gotta love the ailments of pregnancy!

27 week pic... that wouldn't be me looking extremely tired and exhausted, would it?!

28 week pic... now you can see how big i really am! i think that orange shirt hides the size of my belly a little bit, which is usually nice. but for these pix i want to show the real size (no matter how big i am!) of my belly.

and these are my 29 week pix. i usually have than take the picture for me, but i forgot to have him do it last night. so this is what happens when i try to do it at home while laynie is still up! it was so funny... she'd come running over as soon as she heard the timer on the camera start! you kinda had to be there, but it was hilarious! oh, and yes i know she's got no pants on... that would be because she wouldn't let me finish getting her dressed, put on real shoes, or do her lovely crazy hair!
