10/25: last saturday
ky fell asleep on daddy, and i wanted a pic. well than didn't really know what to do for the pic, so he pretended to be asleep! what a funny guy
for some reason laynie really really really wanted to hold ky that day. she kept trying to pick him up, so i handed him to her. i personally think she did it because just the week before we had been trying to get her to do it for pix at kiddie kandids. of course she wouldn't.

and she absolutely loved this. i took him off and she got mad, she wanted him back on her tummy!
later that night we had a pumpkin party with the hatch's. we decided it's too much work doing a pumpkin for each child plus ourselves!
but the girls loved helping!

after church the next day... yep me and laynie are twinners again in our matching red shoes!
ky's 1st try with rice cereal. he actually did pretty good, but i've only given it to him a couple of times since then... i don't think he's quite ready just yet.
my handsome little man... you can't tell from the pix, but his hair is starting to get a little thicker on top. i can't wait til it's longer, i want to spike it! but right now this fuzzy spiky will have to do!

this is one of the new things ky is doing... he's getting so close to rolling over! he's also playing really well with the toys on this gym thingy and on his exersaucer. we can get him to hold the bottle for about a minute or so, and he's also started trying to get his binky back in his mouth (he's really good at getting the binky out of his mouth!! ;) )
sorry the picture is sideways... this is laynie's favorite thing to do EVERYday. she looks thru every single book she has, leaves them there and then goes and finds something else to play with. but this activity can keep her busy for a good 20 min, sometimes more!
playin' in the 'saucer... oh i forgot to mention that he is doing really good with sitting up in this. when we first started putting him in it he was alway all over the place. now he's gotten really good with his head control, and isn't wobbling around so much.
my beautiful baby girl and her beautiful long hair...can you believe it, she's only 2!!

our finished product... i carved my own, and than carved ky's and laynie's, but didn't get time to do his own :(
