i'm finally posting our Valentine's day pictures- a week late, but they are here! we decided to do our valentine's dinner thursday night since than has friday's off, and we also gave our chocolates to each other. than got me a dozen VERY beautiful red roses, an extremely nice box of chocolates, and a new card reader. my bro nick got me a 16 GB SD card for my b-day, but my card reader wouldn't read it! so now i can use my new card, i'm so excited! he also got laynie a box of chocolates and a little stuffed doggy with a heart in its mouth. i got ky a little doggy, and a thing of star puffs, pretty much the only thing he can have besides baby food! than of course got a box of chocolates, a candy bar, and his favorite book- Eragon. on friday we pretty much just hung out, did some cleaning. that night amelia and marcus stayed with us, and then we all went down to SLC to go to the Draper Temple open house. it was way pretty, but something that should be done without kids i think. it was way busy since it was a saturday and also Valentine's day, so we had to be bussed to the temple from a church house. well then we get up to the temple and there are huge lines inside... so of course it takes forever! by the time we got back to annalen's house, we'd been gone almost 4 hours! i loved going, but i'm not sure it was worth it :( anyway, here are some pix from that day...

i was on my way over to get a picture of the 2 boys playing together... unfortunately i wasn't fast enough. if you think ky is crying in this pic, you're right. right before i got there, adam reached over and grabbed ky- on his face, which gave him a nice big scratch. it actually bled pretty good, but within a few minutes ky was just fine!
