slacker...

why am i such a slacker?! i really haven't been doing much lately, except chasing around a one year, but other than that... not much! we did do the dr thing last friday, and she had to get 4 shots. she doesn't usually get fevers from shots, but this time she did. and she had to get the mmr, and is just barely getting the fever from that tonight. so, the dr said she was looking good, still proportional... 26 lbs 2 oz, 31.2 in long! she's still off the charts for weight and in the 95% for length and head, so doin' good! anyway, friday afternoon we went down to annalen's to help baby-sit her boys since she got to go to florida! well we stayed friday night down there, and watched conference there also. that evening we went to meet my friend mattie at her parents house. nathaneil and keith were going to the priesthood session together, and me and mattie were gonna hang out. we ended up going to the mall that night, so that was pretty fun. oh, and her son brandon is gonna be pooh bear for halloween, so i said she should bring his costume and we could take pictures of piglet and pooh!! they turned out really cute, but because my camera is so slow i didn't take very many, so i'll be getting some from mattie.

k, that was saturday. sunday we were back home, and we just hung out and watched conference and stuff. monday, i went to the mall to get a really cute christmas outfit for laynie, but they were all gone. i was so sad, but i came right home and got online and ordered it, so i'm happy now! oh we also got her a snowsuit! it's adorable, although we haven't tried it on her yet. nathaneil says she is now ready to go snowmobiling. so silly! on tuesday we went down to provo to visit grandma & grandpa hinckley and aunt cathy. of course laynie got spoiled once again by cathy... 2 new outfits (both adorable btw!) and a cute new toy that she seemed to enjoy.

she sort of fell off, but didn't get hurt. in fact she acted like she thought it was funny!

oh and cathy took me out to cafe rio! love that place! after lunch we headed up to slc to pick than up at work, then sludged thru rush hour to get home. yesterday i read a book, so we didn't really do much, and didn't go anywhere.

today however, we had a fun day. we went with our friends, angie and brooklyn, to the pumpkin patch! we went on a hayride, then picked a pumpkin, and then rode the hay-wagon back. when we got back home, we tried to take a few pix of the girls with their pumpkins. we then got to watch brooklyn for a little while, so that her mom could run to the store. the girls had fun playing, and its so funny to watch them! i think that's about it for us... oh and i made banana bread tonight!! yum yum...

not much is new around here... laynie is still doing good, but she's been a bit cranky lately and i hope its not teeth. the next ones to come are her molars, so that'll just be tons of fun. even tho she's cranky, she's still being adorable and i just love her to death. she can be so funny sometimes. today she had on her snowboots, well after i took them off she put them on her hands and was walking around. it was so cute, but of course i didn't get a picture.
she's starting to like dolls and teddy bears more, and she'll carry them around by one of their arms, one in each hand. she still loves books, so i'm happy about that. i'm really glad i decided to do piglet for halloween, because she is really liking piglet and pooh, so that's good. ok, i can't think of anything else, and this post is already really long so that's it til next time...
